Command Security Corporation Enters Into Distribution Agreement With Intelli-Check, Inc.; Exclusive Distribution for Certain Areas.

LAGRANGEVILLE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 3, 2002

Command Security Corporation (OTCBB: CMMD) announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Intelli-Check, Inc. (AMEX: IDN).

The agreement provides Command with exclusive distribution rights, subject to meeting specific sales targets, within the security guard industry to market Intelli-Check's ID-CHECK(R) units in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Miami, Florida.

ID-CHECK(R), with its patented technology, analyzes and displays information encoded in magnetic stripes and barcodes found on driver licenses, military identification and other forms of state and government-issued identification from more than 50 jurisdictions. This information can be used to verify identification of individuals as part of an enhanced security effort.
