) announced the signing of a definitive agreement with Florida-based JetLease Finance Corp. to acquire Fidelity Holdings Inc.

Mark Blacher, senior vice president and chief financial officer of JetLease, said: "The corporate finance experience of Command Credit will add to JetLease's ability to expand our lease base. Under the terms of this agreement, Command will purchase Fidelity Holdings for investment letter shares (144 stock), and has the option to expand the portfolio by an additional $10 million of new aircraft leases, which would increase annual revenue from this portfolio to $2,400,000.
