CommPartners Names Telecom Expert Kris Twomey as Regulatory Counsel; Legal Expert to Represent CommPartners' Interests in VoIP Regulation.

Mr. Twomey brings many years of experience to CommPartners. In addition to his work at CommPartners, Mr. Twomey is a principal of the Law Office of Kristopher E. Twomey where he represents competitive local exchange carriers and Internet service providers. Prior to heading his own practice, Mr. Twomey was an associate at a San Francisco law firm where he negotiated interconnection agreements between competitive and incumbent carriers and worked with regulators to ensure proper implementation.
