Comm-Works Ranked Among America's Fastest Growing Private Companies; Posting 829 Percent Sales Growth Over the Past 5 Years.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 18, 2002

Comm-Works Inc., a leading provider of enterprise voice and data solutions, today announced that it has been named on the Inc. 500 list of America's fastest growing companies as well as The Business Journal Growth 50 list of fastest growing private companies in the Twin Cites.

Comm-Works achieved 829 percent sales growth over the past 5 years with sales growing from $2 million in 1996 to $18.6 million in 2001. Comm-Works is ranked #278 on the Inc. 500. To be eligible, companies had to be independent and privately held through their fiscal year 2001; have at least $200,000 in sales in 1997; and 2001 sales must have exceeded 2000 sales.

Comm-Works is also ranked #18 on The Business Journal Growth 50 with a 3 year revenue growth of 140 percent, with revenue growing from $7.7 million in 1999 to $18.6 in 2001. To be considered, companies had to be privately held and based in the Twin Cities nine-county metropolitan area.
