Coming to terms with tragedy on the water; Documentary Marchioness: A Survivor's Guilt (BBC One, 10.35pm).ON August 20, 1989, the Marchioness departed Charing Cross Char·ing Cross A district of London, England, where Edward I erected (c. 1290) the last of a series of crosses in memory of his wife, Eleanor of Castile. Pier. Twenty minutes later it was hit by the enormous dredger Bowbelle, and sank in seconds. The collision was later likened to a lorry running over a bicycle. Of the 130 people on board, 51 died. It was the worst loss of life on the Thames for more than a century. Jonathan Phang is a renowned fashion agent who has worked with many famous models, from Naomi Campbell Naomi Campbell (born May 22 1970) is an English supermodel, actress, singer, and author of Jamaican descent. Biography Campbell was born in London, England. Her mother, Valerie, was a ballet dancer of Jamaican heritage, who told Arena to Jerry Hall. But, throughout his successful career, he has lived with a terrible burden - he organised the party on the Marchioness. Twenty years TWENTY YEARS. The lapse of twenty years raises a presumption of certain facts, and after such a time, the party against whom the presumption has been raised, will be required to prove a negative to establish his rights. 2. on, Jonathan feels he must finally tackle and lay to rest what he describes as "survivor guilt" and the underlying feeling that, as the organiser, he was responsible.
