The event is expected to attract over 700 guests from throughout the West Midlands to the International Convention Centre on November 15.

Born in Kenya, Kulvinder Ghir began his career as a stand-up comic performing in clubs around the North East of England The East of England is one of the nine official regions of England. It was created in 1994 and was adopted for statistics from 1999. It includes the ceremonial counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk and Suffolk. , and in 1985 made his first appearance on television as a regular cast member in Howards Way. Since then he has appeared in a string of films, TV shows and in theatre performances.

He is starring in two films released this year, Quick Slip Me a Bride and Ealing Comedy, and is currently filming 31 North 62 East.
