Comfort Systems USA Elects Diane Day Sanders to Board of Directors.

The appointment of a new outside director increases the size of Comfort Systems' Board to 17 members.

Ms. Sanders is currently Vice President and Treasurer of Sysco Corporation (NYSE: SYY SYY Stornoway, Scotland, United Kingdom - Stornoway (Airport Code) ), the largest foodservice marketing and distribution organization in North America, and is responsible for the Company's treasury, cash management, capital structure, investor relations and risk management activities. Ms. Sanders joined Sysco over 20 years ago as a member of the internal audit staff and assumed the additional responsibilities of Director of Internal Audit, Assistant Controller and Vice President as the Company grew from approximately $700 million in sales in 1977 to $17.4 billion in the fiscal year ended July 3, 1999.
