Comfort Systems USA Acquires Mechanical Unit from KeySpan.

Located near Manchester, N.H., Granite had 2004 revenues of approximately $25 million and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) is a non-GAAP metric that can be used to evaluate a company's profitability.
