FormFiler lowers the cost of processing forms requiring wet-ink

signatures and provides a secure means of doing business, despite

temporary mail service interruptions

How FormFiler works

FormFiler is an ideal solution for paper-intensive organizations, such as insurance companies and banks, and the individuals they serve. Rather than having end users complete and submit hard-copy forms, which require manual data entry on the part of the business, FormFiler uses Internet-based forms to capture customer data and submit it to the organization's web server. The web server then generates a unique identifier and inserts that identifier along with the captured data into a PDF form that is sent back to the end user's PC. The end user then prints, signs, and faxes/mails (or scans and e-mails) the form to the business. Upon receipt of the form, the processor can use the unique identifier (typically a standard bar code) to automatically retrieve the data that the customer submitted via the Internet and use it to complete the transaction.

FormFiler offers tangible business benefits

Both high- and low-volume document management businesses can benefit from FormFiler because it eliminates the need for data-entry personnel to manually re-key data that customers have already submitted online. By minimizing or eliminating the traditional manual process, businesses can realize a per-form cost savings of approximately 40-50 cents of direct labor costs in the United States and 25-35 cents offshore. Moreover, even in a low-volume pilot environment, which requires minimal up-front investment on the part of the business, the per-form cost of using FormFiler is less than the cost of a postage stamp.
