Comedy club tops bill at the Pliskin show.

Pliskin Realty & Development, Inc. recently announced several new transactions for leading organizations.

The company completed a lease of 4,400 s/f on Voice Road in Carle Place, NY for the Wandy's Wonderful Comedy Club.

It's a new location for the club, which joins a prime family entertainment location also occupied by Don Fillipo's Tratoria, Qzar and Doodle Bugs Children's Gym. The grand opening for the new comedy club is slated for March 1.

"Right now, there is a remaining 1,850 s/f of space available in this location, which would be ideal for a complimentary type business targeting families and young adults with an active lifestyle," noted Pliskin CEO Jeff Pliskin.

Pliskin's Executive Vice President Marvin Hartman closed on a 10-year lease of 1,600 s/f for All State Insurance on Hillside Avenue in New Hyde Park, NY.

He also brokered a 20-year lease for Carvel of 1,200 s/f on Bellmore Avenue in East Meadow, NY. This transaction required his extensive support to secure permit approvals from the town.

In addition to these leases, Hartman brokered the sale of a 1.1 acre site on the corner of Hempstead Turnpike, Hempstead Avenue and Front Street in West Hempstead. The vacant land, previously owned by White Castle, was sold to a private investor for the development of an upscale storage facility.
