Comedy 'riot' by top performers.


FILIPINO comedy fans will exercise their "Riot To Laugh" at a comedy event that will take place this weekend.

Organised by TV channel Star Entertainment, the Pooh and Kim - Riot to Laugh event will take place from 3pm on Friday at the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam, Segaiya.

It will feature live performances by two top Filipino TV personalities, Pooh and Kim.

"This event will showcase the best of Filipino talent through one night of great music and hilarity performed from talents flown all the way from the Philippines," said organisers.

Pooh became famous when he spoofed champion Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao Emmanuel Dapidran Pacquiao, (born December 17, 1978 in Kibawe, Bukidnon, Mindanao, Philippines) is a Filipino professional boxer and reigning WBC International Super Featherweight champion. He is a former world champion at IBF Super Bantamweight, and WBC Flyweight divisions.  as Manny Manny may refer to:

Meanwhile, Kim gained fame for his unique ability to mimic dinosaur sounds, which earned him the nickname Kim Dinosaur.

Kim's skits on the Eat Bulaga show are amongst the most popular items in contemporary Filipino TV. This show will also feature performances by local Filipino cover bands including the InterContinental Regency Bahrain's Juss Us Band, the Ramada ra·ma·da
