Comedians set for town stage; SUTTON COLDFIELD.


EVERYONE likes a laugh and the Legends of Comedy show aims to provide some at Sutton Town Hall.

The tour comes to the town on Wednesday, September 20.

The two-hour show features veteran comedian and chat show regular Frank Carson Frank Carson (born November 6, 1926) is a comedian and actor. Early Life
Carson was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland where he attended St Patrick's Elementary School and worked as a plasterer in the building trade.
, whose unique delivery comes from 'the way he tells 'em.'

Sharing the bill is former Royal Variety performer and Tizwas regular Norman Collier Norman Collier (born 25 December 1925 in Kingston upon Hull, England) is a long-serving comedian. He is best known for his legendary 'faulty microphone' routine and for his amazingly lifelike chicken impressions.  and Ian 'Sludge' Lees, who recently appeared on Carlton's late night show 'The Performers' and is twice recipient of the Midlands Comedian of Year award.
