) today announced that it completed the sale of the stock of its leasing subsidiary in Germany on April 29, 2003 to Munich-based Comprendium Investment (Deutschland) GmbH, which is owned by Comprendium Investment SA, a Swiss corporation. Comprendium Investment SA is controlled by Thomas Flohr, who until January 2001 served as president of Comdisco Europe, a division of Comdisco, Inc.
