Comdial Launches New Web Site.


CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 1, 1999--

) announced the launch of its new corporate web site today.

The enhanced web site is an extension of the Company's aggressive campaign to highlight its position as a provider of sophisticated communications solutions. The structure of the new web site reflects the business segments Comdial competes in and provides easy access to information for end-users, dealers and shareholders.

Graphically, the new site presents a clean, fresh look consistent with the Company's recently introduced corporate advertising campaign.
