Comdial Endorses TIA'S CTP Certification: Selects Net Intent for Deployment.

ARLINGTON, Va. -- The Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA) announced today that Comdial (OTCBB:CMDZ) is recommending TIA's Convergence Technologies Professional (CTP) certification for all technical personnel responsible for supporting its CONVERSip(TM) solutions. The CTP certification is the industry's first standard, vendor-neutral, proctored exam for convergence technologies professionals and is designed to serve as a prerequisite or introductory certification for product and application-specific certifications. Net Intent is delivering the training and exam preparation solution to Channel Partners.

Comdial recommends partners earn the CTP certification to meet one of the requirements for becoming a CONVERSip Solutions Provider because the exam is designed specifically to support vendor-neutral convergence products and offers a single certification for data networking, telephony networking and convergence technology areas. CTP certification provides a comprehensive certification for providers and serves as a tool for Comdial to verify that CONVERSip Solutions Providers have the core knowledge and skills required to support Comdial solutions.
