Comdial Corporation Appoints Two New Board Members.

) is pleased to announce that David Berg David Brandt Berg (18 February, 1919 - October 1994), frequently known by the pseudonym Moses David, was the founder and leader of the religious movement formerly called Children of God, now called "The Family International".  and Brigadier General Sanford Schlitt have joined Comdial's Board of Directors.

David Berg

David Berg was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Comdial before recently being named president and COO of Danka Business Systems' newly formed Canada, Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies. , and Asian Pacific division. He was previously president and COO of iPool.com, a privately held e-commerce company and Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Danka. He also held key management positions, including Sr. Vice President, Business Development, and General Counsel, for NordicTrack, Inc., and progressively responsible general counsel positions at several international subsidiaries of BellSouth Corporation.

Berg received his B.A. degree in Economics from Emory University Emory University (ĕm`ərē), near Atlanta, Ga.; coeducational; United Methodist; chartered as Emory College 1836, opened 1837 at Oxford. It became Emory Univ. in 1915 and in 1919 moved to Atlanta.  in 1983 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree with honors from the University of Florida University of Florida is the third-largest university in the United States, with 50,912 students (as of Fall 2006) and has the eighth-largest budget (nearly $1.9 billion per year).
