Comdial Combines Key Strategic Business Units; Nick Branica to Head Combined Group.

Comdial Corporation (Nasdaq: CMDL) announced today that the Company has combined two of its business units: Comdial Convergent Communications (CCC) and Key Voice Technology (KVT). These are the Company's business units that focus on sales to Comdial's extensive dealer network. Nick Branica, previously President of Key Voice Technology, will assume an expanded role as President of the new business unit which will consist of the former CCC and KVT.
