Comdial Appoints David P. Berg Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

) announced today that David Berg David Brandt Berg (18 February, 1919 - October 1994), frequently known by the pseudonym Moses David, was the founder and leader of the religious movement formerly called Children of God, now called "The Family International".  has joined the Company as Senior Vice President and General Counsel.

David Berg most recently was President and COO of iPool.com, a privately held e-commerce company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota “Minneapolis” redirects here. For other uses, see Minneapolis (disambiguation).

. Previously Mr. Berg was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Danka Business Systems, PLC. In this position, he was responsible for Legal, Human Resources The fancy word for "people." Mr. Berg has also held key management positions including Sr. Vice President, Business Development and General Counsel for NordicTrack, Inc., and progressively responsible general counsel positions at several international subsidiaries of BellSouth Corporation. Berg received his B.A. degree in Economics from Emory University in 1983 and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree with honors from the University of Florida University of Florida is the third-largest university in the United States, with 50,912 students (as of Fall 2006) and has the eighth-largest budget (nearly $1.9 billion per year).
