Comdata and Fiscal Complete Marketing Alliance for Integrated POS/Back Office System.


BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -- Comdata Corporation, a leading provider of payment systems for the transportation and retail industries, announced today the completion of a marketing agreement with Fiscal Systems, a provider of integrated back-office and point-of-sale systems for travel centers, to market Fiscal's Trav Star 1 system.

Trav Star 1, which will be marketed by Comdata with some additional features under the OmniDesq brand(TM), is a totally integrated, real-time point-of-sale system that ties all of a merchant's revenue centers--fuel, restaurant, general merchandise and more--into one seamless POS-to-back office solution, including touch-screen and POS (1) See point of sale and packet over SONET.

Development is being finalized but the companies anticipate being in the marketplace with the new offering in the fall.
