Comdata Acquires Datamark Technologies, Inc.

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. -- Comdata Corporation and its subsidiary, Stored Value Systems, Inc. (SVS), a leading provider of gift cards and stored value services, announced today the acquisition of the business of Datamark Technologies, Inc., a provider of integrated stored value and customer loyalty programs. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Datamark, headquartered in Princeton, N.J., is a privately owned corporation that provides turnkey stored value solutions to more than 200 clients in the retail, hospitality, oil and gas, travel and telecommunication industries throughout North America.

SVS, located in Louisville, Ky., with almost 200 employees, serves more than 200 retail clients with gift card solutions--transaction processing, loyalty programs, card production and management--including Lowe's, Hollywood Video, Linens 'n Things and Costco.
