Comcast Deploys Nuera's ORCA RDT-8g for Ongoing Delivery of Voice Services in Detroit.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2002

Nuera Communications Inc. today announced that Comcast Cable Communications Inc. has deployed the ORCA Orca - Vrije Universiteit, Amsterdam, 1986. Similar to Modula-2, but with support for distributed programming using shared data objects, like Linda. A 'graph' data type removes the need for pointers.
