Comcast Declares Quarterly Dividend.


PHILADELPHIA -- Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA, CMCSK), the country's leading cable, entertainment and communications company, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.0675 a share on the Company's common stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on July 29, 2009, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 8, 2009.
