Liberty Property Trust
WHAT: Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY) will announce that
Chefs Georges Perrier and Chris Scarduzio (partners in
Brasserie Perrier, Brasserie Perrier at Boyds, and Mia at
Caesars Atlantic City) will launch a world-class
restaurant in Comcast Center when the tower opens in late
2007. The name of the restaurant will be revealed at the
event on Tuesday, November 29, when the chefs come to the
construction site (17th St. & JFK Blvd.) to prepare and
serve a lunch of Beef Bourguignon and Rice Pilaf for the
more than 80 construction workers serving at the
             location.

WHY: This event will serve two purposes: to celebrate the
announcement of the restaurant and thank the project's
             construction crew.

Comcast Center will be Philadelphia's foremost office
environment, as well as an exciting new gateway to the
city for thousands of people each day. Perrier and
Scarduzio's restaurant will anchor 40,000 square feet of
restaurant and retail space. The restaurant will also
feature a seasonal outdoor cafe on Comcast Center's
             sizeable public plaza.

WHEN: Lunch will be served from 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Brief remarks by John Gattuso of Liberty Property Trust
and Chef Perrier will begin at 12:15 p.m.

WHERE: The Comcast Center construction site. Enter on the JFK
Boulevard side of the site at 18th Street. Members of the
media are asked to check-in at the Media Table when they

ABOUT COMCAST CENTER:
Upon completion, Comcast Center will rise 975 feet,
making it the tallest building between New York and
Chicago. The building is unique not only in height, but
also in its world class design and the amenities it
offers. The 57-story, state-of-the-art tower will feature
             a half-acre public plaza, a dramatic 120-foot high winter
garden, along with multiple three-story stacked atria.
Liberty Property Trust has designed Comcast Center as a
sustainable building with the goal of achieving a LEED
certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
