Comcast, CMT Celebrate Nashville's Music and Movies; Tickets Available for Event at Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum Featuring Brad Paisley, Local Independent Films.

Comcast and CMT: Country Music Television will host an event for fans of country music and film on Friday, June 1, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the new Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in downtown Nashville.

The event will feature special limited-seating performances by CMA Horizon Award-winner and Grammy-nominee Brad Paisley, as well as a behind-the-scenes tour of the museum and highlights of entries for the 32nd Annual Nashville Independent Film Festival. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Nashville Independent Film Festival and VH1's Save The Music program.

Door prizes including a DVD home theater and a camcorder will be given away at the event. A silent auction will also be held to determine the winners of a meet-and-greet session with Brad Paisley and a limited edition Elvis Presley movie collection. An hors d'oeuvres buffet and giveaways from Comcast and CMT will be part of the festivities as well.

The Nashville Independent Film Festival is the longest-running film festival in the South and the third longest-running in the country. It is considered one of the top 40 film festivals in the country by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences. The 32nd Nashville Independent Film Festival will take place June 6-10.
