Brigadier General Reeves' presentation will be entitled "A Systems Approach to Chemical and Biological Defense" and will focus on ensuring warfighters have the best CBRN defence technology and equipment available; recognising urgency during missions; setting minimum standards for safety and effectiveness and addressing the all-hazards threat. Other key presenters include Colonel Charles D. Lutes, Senior Military Fellow, USAF, US DoD; Lieutenant Colonel Vratislav Osvald, Czech Republic Armed Forces; Dominique B. Werner, Head, Arms Control arms control Limitation of the development, testing, production, deployment, proliferation, or use of weapons through international agreements.
