CombiMatrix and Inter Medical Enter into Distribution Agreement for Japan.

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. -- Acacia Research Corporation (Nasdaq:CBMX) (Nasdaq:ACTG) announced today that its CombiMatrix group has entered into a non-exclusive distribution agreement with Inter Medical to distribute CombiMatrix's CustomArray(TM) microarray products in Japan. Inter Medical will market, sell, and service the CustomArray products in the Japanese marketplace. CustomArray products are centered around a highly flexible and completely customizable DNA microarray. CustomArrays are offered with the industry leading turnaround time, order flexibility, and high quality tools to interrogate focused sets of target genes or whole genomes for any type of organisms.
