The space will house CombiMatrix's corporate headquarters and approximately 200 employees, as well as its research, laboratory and manufacturing areas. CombiMatrix is relocating and expanding from Snoqualmie, Wash.

Harbour Pointe Tech Center recently became a WiredZone property establishing its presence in the flourishing Seattle area technology market. WiredZone caters to bandwidth-intensive, high-tech, and telecommunication tenants. Harbour Pointe, a Class A structure, is comprised of approximately 350,000 square feet, and is located in Mukilteo, a city in the rapidly growing Technology Corridor north of Seattle.
