CombiChem Appoints Michael G. Rusnak to the Position of Vice President, Business Development.

) announced today that it has appointed Michael G. Rusnak to the position of Vice President, Business Development.

Rusnak joins CombiChem in its Palo Alto Palo Alto, city, California

Prior to joining CombiChem, Rusnak served as vice president of marketing and business development at Lexicon Genetics Inc. where he was responsible for both corporate and business development and was instrumental in establishing Lexicon's multi-million dollar genomics collaborations. Previously, Rusnak served in a variety of sales, marketing and project management positions with Aprogenex, Baxter Healthcare, Bayer, Cetus, and BioRad Laboratories. Rusnak earned his B.S. degree in microbiology from St. Bonaventure University Students and alumni refer to the university with an affectionate nickname—"Bona's"—which originates from the school's original name, St. Bonaventure's College.
