Comark Building Systems Announces New Project Awards, Completions.

DALLAS -- Comark Building Systems, a leading manufacturer of custom commercial modular buildings, today announced several new contracts that the company has been awarded as well as the recent completion of a number of existing projects. These new and completed contracts are part of the growing portfolio of projects for which Comark has been selected.

"At the same time we are embarking on new projects, we are proud to deliver high quality modular buildings to a number of our existing customers."

Recently awarded contracts include:

* Judson Independent School District (San Antonio, TX). 32 educational buildings for two middle school campuses to accommodate students during renovation of the interior of the existing school buildings.

* Lafouche Parrish School Board (Thibodaux, LA). Design and build of a new classroom building and media center, including 11 classrooms, administration suite, media center/library and restrooms, due to increased enrollment and overcrowding.

* Lexington and Richland County School Districts (Lexington and Richland Counties, SC). An open ordering contract for four years covering three counties. The initial order is for 24 single classroom units, which will serve as eight classrooms for Chapin Elementary, Middle, and High School.

Recently completed and delivered projects include:

* Chevron/Texaco Refinery (Pascagoula, MS). Completion of seven buildings on the Administration Campus totaling approximately 91,000 square feet. The project was awarded in November 2007 and completed in August 2008.

* Johnson Bayou Hospital District (Cameron, LA). A 4,200 square foot multipurpose Medical Clinic and Professional building was completed, consisting of numerous exam rooms, x-ray room (lead lined), conference room, reception area, supply/work room, filing room, employee break room and restrooms.

* Randolph Community College Early College Modular Building (Asheboro, NC). Part of a statewide program to put high school students on college campuses, a 6,500 square foot permanent modular building was constructed to house classrooms and administrative offices.

* Fairfax County Public Schools (Fairfax, VA). Three, ten-classroom wings delivered and installed at three different schools in the county. Comark was able to meet the rigorous and stringent design and quality specifications demanded by the county, which is why the company won the initial contract.

* Charlotte/Mecklenburg County School District (Charlotte/Mecklenburg County, NC). Like Wake County, this is one of the fastest growing counties in the nation. Comark was selected for the county's 2008 purchase contract, which included four eight classroom units, 10 single classroom units, and 10 restroom units. The project totaled approximately 59,000 square feet.
