) has been awarded a contract valued at $14.5 million to provide engineering support to the U.S. Army Test and Experimentation Command (TEXCOM TEXCOM Test & Experimentation Command ) at Fort Hood, Texas.

This cost-plus-award-fee contract is for a base period of one year, with three one-year options, and it is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2000.

 Services Inc. of Herndon, Va., will perform engineering, logistics and software services supporting operational testing of various Army and joint-service systems at Fort Hood, including armored vehicles, other weaponry and communications, command and control systems.
