Comarco Announces New Chairman.

) Wednesday announced, following the Annual Meeting of Shareholders, the appointment of its President and Chief Executive Officer Don M. Bailey, to the additional position of chairman of the board.

Bailey replaces Gerald D. Griffin Gerald D. "Gerry" Griffin was a NASA flight director and director of Johnson Space Center.

Born in 1934 in Athens, Texas, Griffin attended Texas A&M University, where he studied aeronautical engineering.
 who will remain a member of the board of directors. Griffin has been on the board of Comarco since 1986, and has served as chairman since 1988. Bailey has been president of Comarco since 1990, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
