Effective immediately ComTech will focus primarily on growing and acquiring Internet and technology related companies. The company will increase its efforts to develop and expand the current operations of Networks Online and Enhanced Internet Service Providers as well as aggressively seek to acquire other Internet related properties. The company is currently in talks to acquire a number of Internet related companies and Web sites.

ComTech Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Walter Davis commented, "We have made the decision to increase our focus on ComTech's Internet operations after carefully considering all available options. We will continue to roll out Broadband services in the Houston area through Networks Online in conjunction with ASDL See DSL.
