The board of directors of ComTech have appointed Walter D. Davis III, as the new chairman, chief executive officer and president of the company. Since joining ComTech in late 1999, Davis has played a crucial role in stabilizing the company's finances and refocusing the company's future direction.

Prior to his nomination, Davis was the chief financial officer for ComTech. Lamont J. Waddell, who has been appointed to the board of directors and named as the new CFO See Chief Financial Officer.  of ComTech, will replace him. ComTech is also very pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Beatrice R. Beasley and Jesse R. Funchess, Esq. to the company's board of directors. Funchess is a Houston based attorney and runs his own firm under the name of Jesse R. Funchess &Associates.
