ComTec International Inc. signs agreement with Telecosm & Associates.

Donald Mack, president and chief executive officer, stated: "This acquisition, combined with other SMR acquisitions ready to close this month, will give ComTec complete management control of over 4,700 YX and GX licenses and channels in densely populated areas throughout the United States. This will rank the company as a major operator in the still-emerging SMR industry. Construction of these licenses is planned to start within the next 6 months with anticipated services being offered within the next year."

In addition to these significant acquisitions, ComTec is currently negotiating with a worldwide, billion-dollar leader in engineering and construction of large-scale projects relative to a partnership/joint venture agreement. This relationship will allow ComTec to begin the construction of hundreds of SMR channels this year with the addition of this engineering firm's expertise in the design and architecture of advanced radio systems and their worldwide professional staff.
