(Key), has consummated agreements with two Denver-based SMR (Specialized Mobile Radio) The communications services used by police, ambulances, taxicabs, trucks and other delivery vehicles. Throughout the U.S., approximately 3,000 independent operators are licensed by the FCC to offer this service, which provides always-on companies, Mobile One Communications and Omni Range Communications. Key acquired management agreements for 185 trunked SMR channels from Omni Range. These two transactions, combined with the recent acquisition of PCC PCC prothrombin complex concentrate. Management, could result in Key Communications marketing the company's intended wireless services throughout the states of Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico New Mexico, state in the SW United States.
