The company will seek approval from NASD NASD See: National Association of Securities Dealers NASD See National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD). for the new symbol (OTC BB: TIAN). These changes are a result of the merger agreement between Tianrong Building Material Holdings Ltd. (an Irish company) and ComCentral Corp. When the merger is completed the company intends to apply for NASDAQ NASDAQ in full National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations U.S. market for over-the-counter securities. Established in 1971 by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), NASDAQ is an automated quotation system that reports on listing. Tianrong Building Elements is a Swiss-China joint venture, established in 1986, who manufactures metal faced, rigid insulated panels for roof and walls. The panels are used for industrial buildings, shopping centers, and residential homes. The Chinese pavilion at the World Exhibition in Sevilla, Spain was built with the Tianrong Building Elements panels and in addition, such companies as the Coca-Cola Company and Otis Elevators have used the Tianrong Building Elements.
