MILPITAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2000

Com21, Inc. (Nasdaq:CMTO CMTO College of Massage Therapists of Ontario ), a leading global provider of system solutions for the broadband access market, announced today that it understands that AT&T Broadband will limit its receipt of product shipments for the remainder of the quarter. Com21's business with AT&T is limited to the Company's cable access products. This action by AT&T will have no more than a 2% impact on total sales for the quarter.
