"This expansion is in line with our philosophy that real estate financing requires the lender to be close to the client," said Kieran P. Quinn, President, Column Financial. "We can offer better service from a local office as we are able to visit a property within hours of the receipt of a loan package. Our clients know we are available for follow-up discussions and we can deliver a prompt and highly reliable response. Our originators have a greater understanding of the nuances of a local market or a specific neighborhood if they are living in it every day."
