Under Chinese regulations product launches are in two stages. Within the next six months Advantage-LA will be sold in selected larger cities within China, under agreement with the Health Authorities for what is known as "Trial Sales." Upon successful completion of "Trial Sales," which should be by mid 1999 the Health Authorities should issue a Family Planning Import Sales Certificate allowing distribution of Advantage-LA throughout China.
