Columbia Equity Trust, Inc. Announces Third Quarter Dividend.


WASHINGTON -- Columbia Equity Trust, Inc. (NYSE NYSE

:COE See common operating environment. ) announced today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common stock of $0.15 per share payable on October 31, 2006 to its stockholders of record as of October 16, 2006.

The Company also indicated that it continues to evaluate dividend increases on a quarterly basis as additional acquisitions are closed.
