:COE See common operating environment. ) announced today that it has established a record date and meeting date for the special meeting of stockholders to consider and vote upon the proposal to approve the previously announced merger of Columbia with and into a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Commingled Pension Trust Fund (Special Situation Property) of JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase (NYSE: JPM TYO: 8634 ) is one of the oldest financial services firms in the world.
