 VENTURE:COL) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a consulting agreement with Jesus Gutierrez of Tucson, Arizona Tucson (pronounced /ˈtusɑn/, Spanish: Tucsón [tuk'son] . Mr. Gutierrez is an experienced engineer with over 30 years experience in the mining sector, including, planning, operations and management at various mining companies in Mexico. Mr. Gutierrez previously worked for Cananea Mining Company and rose to the rank of Vice-President, Operations. Mr. Gutierrez has also previously been the CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. The Company is delighted to add someone of Mr. Gutierrez's experience in the mining sector in Mexico to the Company's Mexican mining operations. Mr. Gutierrez's addition will enhance and complement the Company's core strength of existing team of experts, consultants and employees in its Mexican mining operations. Mr. Gutierrez's expertise in project management, operations and planning will complement the continued growth in the Company's business.

Under the terms of the current consulting agreement, Mr. Gutierrez will provide the Company with consulting services Noun 1. consulting service - service provided by a professional advisor (e.g., a lawyer or doctor or CPA etc.)
service - work done by one person or group that benefits another; "budget separately for goods and services"
  consisting of managerial services, advising on evaluation or acquisition of mining assets in Mexico, evaluation, planning and development of projects.
