Columbia College Opts for Jenzabar's Total Campus Management; ERP, Web Portal and LMS Solutions Will Replace Existing Systems.

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. -- Jenzabar, Inc., the pioneer of Total Campus Management (TCM) solutions for higher education, announced that Columbia College (SC) has licensed Jenzabar's EX ERP system along with Jenzabar's Internet Campus Solution (JICS) and Learning Management System (LMS). For the past ten years Columbia College has been utilizing Datatel's Colleague. The administration of the college is excited about switching to Jenzabar. Jenzabar's TCM solutions will provide easy access to data for faculty, staff and students. Jenzabar's Web portal will offer students and faculty access to information and communication tools that truly support the learning environment. In conjunction with this, Jenzabar's LMS will replace eCollege as the school's learning platform.

Jenzabar's strategic approach to TCM implementations helped convince the College's decision makers that converting to Jenzabar was the best option for their institution in addressing current needs as well as positioning the College to achieve its strategic goals. As an integrated package, Jenzabar EX will provide the College with efficiency and effectiveness across all student interactions with the College, providing timely and accurate information from admissions, financial aid and the business office. This efficiency will also be reflected in the advisement process, enabling academic advisors to have ready access to information about their students' accounts and transcripts. Columbia College also saw a need to create summary reports for administrators that do not require them to use IT resources each time data is needed, which will be served through Jenzabar's Executive Dashboard.
