OTC See over-the-counter market (OTC). BB:CBBO) declared on Aug. 20, 1998, a two-for-one split of Columbia Bancorp Inc. common stock. Columbia Bancorp Inc. stockholders will receive one additional share for every share of Columbia Bancorp Inc. common stock held. The distribution date for the stock split will be Sept. 11, 1998, to stockholders of record on Sept. 2, 1998. Currently, there are approximately 3,740,141 shares of Columbia Bancorp Inc. common stock outstanding; the stock split will increase that number to 6,940,282 shares.
