Coltec agrees to sell Farnam Automotive Unit to Meillor SA.


CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 14, 1996--Coltec Industries has agreed in principle to sell its Farnam Sealing Systems Division to Meillor SA. Terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the 1996 fourth quarter, were not disclosed dis·close
