Holman vice president, manufacturing, of its Delavan Commercial Products Division, which is in the process of relocating to Monroe, North Carolina Monroe is a city in Union County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 26,228 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Union CountyGR6. Monroe Regional Airport is 5 miles NW of Monroe. .

Mr. Holman, 30, reports to Raymond L. Davis, president, Delavan Commercial Products. Mr. Davis said, "Tim Holman brings to Delavan systems and manufacturing experience from world class companies. At Black & Decker, he developed and implemented a strategic business plan resulting in increased productivity, increased inventory turns and customer service improvements."

Since 1996 Mr. Holman has been a business team manager in Black & Decker's Kwikset Corporation in Tulsa, Oklahoma Tulsa is the second-largest city in the state of Oklahoma and 45th-largest in the United States. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Holman held increasingly responsible positions in manufacturing and information systems with the Cooper Hand Tools Division of Cooper Industries Cooper Industries NYSE: CBE is one of the oldest large companies in the United States, having been founded in 1833 as a partnership in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
