Colorcon introduces MDI Ink Systems for medical devices.

Colorcon No-Tox Products Division has introduced its new MDI Ink Systems, which are designed for printing on untreated polypropylene medical devices without inline corona treatment. These inks exhibit excellent adhesion, alcohol and oil resistance without inline treatment, and provide fast line speeds, clean ink transfer and cleaner pad printing with fast and easy cleanup. VOC exempt solvent formula and non-ozone generating print process make the system environmentally friendly. They are manufactured under strict GMPs, and all components are FDA acceptable for food contact.
