Colorado Springs Utilities Chooses HealthTrans to Manage Pharmacy Benefits Program.

It is a year-round resort and a booming military, technological, and commercial city.  Utilities has contracted with HealthTrans, a national pharmacy benefits administrator, to provide pharmacy benefit services to their employees.
