Colorado MEDtech announces year-end results.

BOULDER, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 1995--Colorado MEDtech Inc. (NASDAQ:CMED), a Boulder-based medical products and services company, Monday announced results for the year ended June 30, 1995.

Net income increased to $1,036,611 compared to $806,373 for fiscal 1994, an increase of 28.5%, on sales of $19.8 million compared to sales of $20.6 million in the prior year. Earnings per share rose to 15 cents per share compared to 14 cents in the prior year with an approximate 27.5% increase in the number of average shares outstanding.
