Colorado Consumers Pocket Cash Rebates from AmeriNet Real Estate and Mortgage Program.


ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 19, 1998--More than $150,000 in cash rebates have been made in Colorado by AmeriNet Financial Systems, Inc., the nation's leader in consumer-oriented homeowner affinity programs.

The rebates were earned from nearly $40 million in closed real estate transactions involving real estate and mortgages in the ten months since November 1997.

More than $2 million in cash rebates to homeowners have been made in six states by AmeriNet Financial Systems, Inc., the nation's leader in consumer-oriented affinity programs. AmeriNet's Consumer Advantage Real Estate Services (CARES(tm)) Program negotiates low-cost mortgage and real estate fees for consumers, and rebates the savings to buyers, sellers and borrowers.

AmeriNet launched the CARES Program in September 1997 in the states of Washington, Colorado and Arizona Arizona (âr'əzō`nə), state in the southwestern United States. CARES mortgage pricing is backed with a "meet or beat" cost guarantee and loan sources which include over 50 of the nation's top national, regional and specialty residential lenders. The AmeriNet real estate network includes major independents and franchises such as REMax, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, Prudential Prudential is the name of two different companies and buildings named after them:
